I started my journey at a young age, beginning with higher education in Geneva and Milan, where I had the opportunity to develop my skills in business and fashion journalism. These experiences opened my eyes and gave me a global perspective on the opportunities ahead of me. I wanted to do more than just follow the established path—I wanted to build an international career, one that would define me and allow me to explore my potential.

When I returned to Romania, I knew that the first step was to establish my own company. That’s how Navon Jobs was born, the international recruitment agency that quickly became the first and only recruitment agency in Romania with offices in the UAE, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. It was a process that required a lot of effort, perseverance, and, often, sacrifices. But with each obstacle overcome, I learned more about what entrepreneurship truly means and how I can turn dreams into reality.

The Pursuit of Independence

An essential aspect of my journey was the desire to build everything on my own. Although I had the privilege of coming from an influential family, I always wanted to prove that my success did not depend on my family’s past. Whether we’re talking about Navon Travels & Tours, Navon Global Languages Institute, or Navon Nutrition, each business I founded was the result of a personal vision and a desire to innovate.
